Kieran Murrihy
Futurist & Founding Director
Kieran has over ten years experience consulting in future focussed strategy and innovation across the education, government, community and enterprise sectors.
Kieran makes sure that young people participating in CIC learn the practices, tools, methodologies and mindsets used in professional settings.
As someone who specialises in bringing people together to imagine new possibilities, Kieran loves it when young people step up as agents of change.

Zoe Burrows
Co-Director
As a Co-Director at CIC, Zoe is known for forging brilliant partnerships and building a thriving community.
She works with schools, communities, councils and corporates to lead high-impact collaborations that light up possibilities for young people as agents of change in their communities and the world at large.

Molly Pearce
Chief Operating Officer
With experience across education, the youth sector and community development, Molly brings a strong dedication to gender equality, youth empowerment and social impact.
Molly seeks to blend strategic clarity with compassion - building systems, relationships and environments where people, partners & young people can thrive. Grounded in her background in development and gender studies, she is passionate about creating the conditions for meaningful impact and ensuring every young person feels seen, valued and equipped to make change.

Yas Mole
Head of Growth & Partnerships
As Head of Growth & Partnerships Yasmin brings a unique blend of creative flair and human centred advocacy to her work. She believes that every successful partnership begins with an authentic connection and that people are any organisation’s greatest asset.
With a career spanning the arts sector, mental health and professional services consulting, Yasmin is dedicated to scaling growth through strategic alliances that foster resilient and supported communities. She is passionate about creating impact that is not just about the numbers but about the people behind them.

Zali Cohen
Head of Programs
With a background in the social sciences, and deep curiosity for how to leverage change at a systems level, Zali is passionate about equipping young people with the capabilities and vision to thrive in the world.
She loves learning about new and old ways to build a vibrant and prosperous future, drawing on her experience as a yoga teacher, as well as futures thinking disciplines.
If she’s not out facilitating, Zali can be found ideating on new ways to unlock the wisdom and brilliance of young people.

Julian H. Jefferys
School Partnership + Engagement Lead
Julian has worked in and around schools his whole life (including being the Assistant Principal of one of the most prestigious international schools).
He is at his happiest when he is working with schools- big, small, rural, metro – to help introduce fresh ideas and keep them connected to the broad landscape of education!

Sarah Marriot
Social Innovation Partnerships
Sarah has been with CIC since the beginning and brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, and building lasting partnerships with businesses of all sizes.
She is at her happiest when funding for a new delivery site is secured, knowing that another group of young people will soon experience the transformative magic of a CIC program.

With a background in the creative sector, Katherine brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for bridging the gap between innovative thinking and strategic impact.
She is dedicated to fostering purposeful collaborations that align corporate objectives with social good.

Harriet Leavesley
Program & Partnerships Coordinator
Harriet is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that open doors for young people to thrive. With a background in partnerships and relationship building, she loves connecting ideas, people, and organisations to create opportunities that spark growth and impact.
Harriet is especially drawn to work that helps young people build confidence, discover their potential, and make their mark in the world. She believes collaboration is the key to making that happen.

Lucy Campbell
Storytelling Coordinator & Special Projects
As a facilitator, Lucy loves creating spaces where young people can feel confident and inspired. Over the years, she’s been continually amazed by their innovation and deep care for the world, and has always looked for opportunities to share these stories more widely.
Now, with a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications, Lucy is eager to use her passion for storytelling to celebrate young people’s brilliance. Whether it's their innovative ideas, new skills, or community connections, she’s excited to share it all.

Sarah Falzon
Facilitator Development Lead
Sarah has been working with young people for over five years and loves creating spaces where they feel confident, heard, and inspired. With a background in drama and counselling, she brings a mix of creativity and empathy to every session. As a Lead Facilitator with CIC, Sarah is passionate about hearing the brilliant ideas young people have and helping them believe in their ability to shape their own futures.
