Kieran Murrihy

Futurist & Founding Director

Kieran has over ten years experience consulting in future focussed strategy and innovation across the education, government, community and enterprise sectors.

Kieran makes sure that young people participating in CIC learn the practices, tools, methodologies and mindsets used in professional settings.

As someone who specialises in bringing people together to imagine new possibilities, Kieran loves it when young people step up as agents of change.

Zoe Burrows

Co-Director

As a Co-Director at CIC, Zoe is known for forging brilliant partnerships and building a thriving community.

She works with schools, communities, councils and corporates to lead high-impact collaborations that light up possibilities for young people as agents of change in their communities and the world at large.

Charlotte Kidd

Learning Experience Design Manager

Charlotte develops impactful, engaging learning experiences for the young people we work with, always pushing the envelope for what is possible.

With a distinguished academic background and top-tier industry experience, her vision for the way CIC engages with young people is innovative and inspiring.

Charlotte firmly believes in empowering young people to pave their way into the future.

Julian H. Jefferys

School Partnership + Engagement Lead

Julian has worked in and around schools his whole life (including being the Assistant Principal of one of the most prestigious international schools).

He is at his happiest when he is working with schools- big, small, rural, metro – to help introduce fresh ideas and keep them connected to the broad landscape of education!

Erin Ciconte

Learning Experience Coordinator + Lead Facilitator

Erin has over 10 years experience working with entrepreneurs, social enterprises and businesses to build strategy and purpose.

She is passionate about working with young people to identify things that matter to them and take action.

Erin is at her best when she’s collaborating and brainstorming to build out big ideas.

Zali Cohen

Special Projects Design + Lead Facilitator

With a background in the social sciences, and deep curiosity for how to leverage change at a systems level, Zali is passionate about equipping young people with the capabilities and vision to thrive in the world.

She loves learning about new and old ways to build a vibrant and prosperous future, drawing on her experience as a yoga teacher, as well as futures thinking disciplines.

If she’s not out facilitating, Zali can be found ideating on new ways to unlock the wisdom and brilliance of young people.

Jenny Turnham

Learning Experience Coordinator + Lead Facilitator

Jenny has over 30 years’ experience working with young people in a number of contexts including sports and recreation, volunteering and most recently, vocational education.

Through this work, Jenny has developed a passion to help young people see their potential through creative thinking and thinking outside the box.

Sarah Marriot

Social Innovation Partnerships

Sarah has been with CIC since the beginning and brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, and building lasting partnerships with businesses of all sizes.

She is at her happiest when funding for a new delivery site is secured, knowing that another group of young people will soon experience the transformative magic of a CIC program.

With a background in the creative sector, Katherine brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for bridging the gap between innovative thinking and strategic impact. 

She is dedicated to fostering purposeful collaborations that align corporate objectives with social good.

Ashlee Riordan

Director of Partnerships + Growth

Ashlee brings more than fifteen years’ experience designing youth‑centred programmes, research and innovation initiatives across education, community and enterprise sectors. She transforms insight into action—guiding organisations to embed young voices in strategic decision‑making and turn bold ideas into ventures with real‑world impact.

A seasoned facilitator and collaborative problem‑solver, Ashlee’s favourite moments are when young people join the dots, back themselves and drive lasting change.
